Don’t have any interest in going to Hollywood: Aamir Khan

Hindustan Times (Patna) - Live - - Time Out -

Actor Aamir Khan (right) isn’t very inclined towards working in Hollywood but is open to do international projects if it’s interesting.

“I don't have any interest in going to the US and working there. I’m interested in working for Indian films. I’ve a relationship with the audience here for last 25-26 years and I cherish and give value to it. It's not my career graph that I’ll try and work for doing international films. I’m not adamant on not doing any international film. If I get something interesting, I’ll do it. There are no boundaries for creative purpose. If I get an offer from Japan and if I like it, I’ll do it,” he says.

On Hollywood films such as Jurassic Park, Spiderman series and The Jungle Book minting good money in India, he says, “I don't think Indian cinema has any threat from Hollywood. We should be afraid of ourselves as if we make bad films then we’ll lose out on our audience.”
