DEATH THREAT TO SAL­MAN’S LAWYER SUSHANT SINGH DROPS RA­JPUT?

De­fence coun­sel H M Saraswat, who rep­re­sented ac­tor Sal­man Khan in the poach­ing case in Jodh­pur, has al­legedly re­ceived a death threat from an “in­ter­na­tional gang­ster” for get­ting Sal­man ac­quit­ted in the case as the caller was not happy with it. Ac­cord­ing to Saraswat, the caller asked him “to be ready to face dire con­se­quences”. Ex­press­ing shock over the at­tack on film­maker San­jay Leela Bhansali in Jaipur, ac­tor Sushant Singh Ra­jput has dropped his sur­name from his Twit­ter ac­count. He tweeted, “We would suf­fer till the time we’re ob­sessed with our sur­names. If you’re that coura­geous, give us your first name #pad­ma­vati.”
