Actor Christina Ricci (right) said as she’s getting older, she is beginning to care more for her work. The 36-year-old actor who made her movie debut in 1990 feature Mermaids alongside actors Cher and Bob Hoskins, went on to do hit movies such as The Addams Family (1991) and Casper (1995). For a long time, Christina simply turned up on sets to shoot her scenes then left, barely keeping in contact with anyone afterwards. But while working on series, Z: The Beginning of Everything, her entire outlook on acting changed, reported Contactmusic.

“I didn’t know what it really felt like to care that much about a project. Then while I was doing this I was like, ‘Oh, so this is what was going on for that other person when they were acting like this!’ That’s one of the things about growing up — you realise you’ve got to care about something,” Ricci said.
