Kim­chi is a tra­di­tional fer­mented Korean dish. It is made by a com­bi­na­tion of in­gre­di­ents us­ing napa cab­bage, radish, scal­lion, gar­lic, ginger or cu­cum­ber. If there is any­one who can give this dish a quirky makeover, then its surely chef Vikramjit Roy. He re­cently up­loaded this pic­ture of kim­chi drag­on­fly and cap­tioned it “kim­chi drag­on­fly is about to fly” on his In­sta­gram ac­count.
