In a blender, add 1/4 cup oats, 1/4 tea­spoon cin­na­mon, 1/2 tsp chia seeds, three tb­sps of peanut but­ter, one banana, half cup yo­gurt, half cup soya milk, maple syrup and lots of ice cubes and blend well.
