Spaghetti Aglio e Olio is a simple Italian dish that is made from garlic, olive oil, parsley, and ParmigianoReggiano cheese tossed with cooked pasta. The dish originated in Naples, Italy. The dish may have been originated in Italy but it became famous in New York. The Americans at times, refer this dish as “alla-ul”.
