Before embarking on her journey in the fashion industry as a model, Matthew studied law. She had also collaborated with composers and artists to launch an audio solutions company. She then hosted a cookery show and started an eatery that serves Mallu cuisine. “I’m not a very social person but I love feeding people, that’s my way of showing love,” says Matthew, who has now moved to Goa. She started cooking when she was in the Capital. She was bored of eating North Indian food. “I was missing my Mallu food. So I started cooking at home for myself,” she says. What she loves the most is the fusion of Continental and Mallu food.
