Be­fore em­bark­ing on her jour­ney in the fash­ion in­dus­try as a model, Matthew stud­ied law. She had also col­lab­o­rated with com­posers and artists to launch an au­dio solutions com­pany. She then hosted a cook­ery show and started an eatery that serves Mallu cui­sine. “I’m not a very so­cial per­son but I love feed­ing peo­ple, that’s my way of show­ing love,” says Matthew, who has now moved to Goa. She started cook­ing when she was in the Cap­i­tal. She was bored of eat­ing North In­dian food. “I was missing my Mallu food. So I started cook­ing at home for my­self,” she says. What she loves the most is the fu­sion of Con­ti­nen­tal and Mallu food.
