Actor Manoj Bajpayee (above) is a traveller at heart. And Kashmir seems to be on the top of his long to-go travel list. The actor, who had first visited the place while he was in school, says that he is keen to take his family to Kashmir soon for a vacation.

The 48-year-old actor in fact, was recently in the valley to shoot for the first schedule of filmmaker Neeraj Pandey’s next film Aiyaary, which also stars Sidharth Malhotra in the lead role. And he wants his six-year-old daughter Ava Nayla to experience the beauty of the land, which is often referred as the heaven on earth. “Shooting in Kashmir was surreal. I’m looking forward to go on a family trip soon, especially for my daughter. I want her to get a feel of the local culture,” he says.

The National awardwinning actor enjoys travelling to different spots, whenever he gets time. “Once my professional commitments are over, I shall revisit Kashmir as I’m in love with the place,” adds Manoj.

While shooting for the film, the locals treated him with Wazwan, a multi-course meal part of the Kashmiri cuisine. And Manoj is keen to make Ava and wife, Neha, to gorge on the mouth watering local Kashmiri cuisine.
