Taapsee Pannu’s new fit­ness mantra

Ac­tor Taapsee Pannu (right) is very par­tic­u­lar about her work­out reg­i­men and stay­ing in shape. Her fit­ness sched­ule for her last ven­ture, film­maker Neeraj Pandey’s Naam Sha­bana, grabbed many eye­balls. Taapsee, who is al­ways on a look­out for new ways to stay fit, doesn’t re­ally en­joy hit­ting the gym, and she has de­vel­oped keen in­ter­est in hy­dropower fit­ness tech­nique (wa­ter work­out). While shoot­ing for her next film in Lon­don, a friend in­tro­duced Taapsee to the tech­nique that in­volves work­ing out in wa­ter.

Talk­ing about it, the ac­tor says, “I al­ways like to ex­per­i­ment with new ways to stay fit. I came across this form of ex­er­cise, which is ex­tremely good for your car­dio­vas­cu­lar stamina, strength and flex­i­bil­ity. It helps one re­ha­bil­i­tate heal­ing mus­cles and joints.”

Taapsee liked this new tech­nique so much that she is con­tin­ued prac­tis­ing it in Mum­bai also.
