SPICY SWEET POTATO FRIES

Olive oil 5 sweet pota­toes, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch long slices and cut into 1/4-wide inch strips 1/2tsp gar­lic pow­der 1/2 1tsp pa­prika 1tsp salt

Method

Heat the oven at 450 de­grees Fahren­heit and line a tray with a bak­ing sheet. In a large bowl, toss sweet pota­toes with just enough oil to coat them evenly. Sprin­kle with spices and sea­son­ing. Spread the sweet pota­toes in a sin­gle layer on the bak­ing sheet. Bake un­til the sweet pota­toes are ten­der and golden brown. Let it cool for a few min­utes be­fore serv­ing with a chilled yo­gurt dip.
