Actor Suniel Shetty’s (above right) daughter, Athiya has already made her Bollywood debut and now it’s his son Ahaan’s (above left) turn to enter the film industry. Confident about his son’s career, Suniel says that Ahaan is leaving no stone unturned to prove his mettle.

According to earlier reports, Ahaan has signed his debut film with producer Sajid Nadiadwala’s production. “Ahaan is in stable hands with Sajid. I think Ahaan, along with such a good producer, make for a great combination to give a blockbuster,” says Suniel. The 55-year-old actor asserts that Ahaan is working on all aspects of becoming a complete entertainer. “Ahaan is a trained actor and is working hard to give his best. He is also a musician — a singer and lead guitarist,” says Suniel, who returned to the screen after a hiatus of three years with the television show India’s Asli Champion... Hai Dum.

With a career spanning two decades in the film industry, Suniel has been quite vocal about the importance of working with youngsters and giving the youngsters a chance. And with his new fitter avatar, he has got everyone’s attention.

“People who didn’t even know I existed, now come to me, tap their heart and say ‘sir respect’. They ask how I maintain my body. People in the gym take my advice and that is such a compliment,” adds Suniel.
