I ALWAYS FEEL I COULD HAVE MADE THE FILM BETTER: MOTWANE

Hindustan Times (Patna) - Live - - Entertainment -

Director Vikramaditya Motwane (right), who has directed criticallyacclaimed films such as Udaan (2010), Lootera (2013) and this year’s Trapped says that in retrospect, he always feels that he could have done a better job with his films.

“I either feel I made a certain mistake while shooting or writing. Eventually you try and make sure you do not repeat the same mistake with your next film. I always feel I could have made the film better,” he says.

Trapped recently had a world television premiere. “It is a different feeling when the film airs on TV than its official release on the big screen. It’s all the more scarier as you are reaching out to a wider audience through television. It’s more nerve-wracking as they are the true audience,” he says.
