It was an event ded­i­cated to the talk of per­form­ing arts, and the cul­tural caul­dron that the Cap­i­tal is.

From stage ac­tors and per­form­ers to style ex­perts — the event, held last Thurs­day, in­cluded con­ver­sa­tions on the Broad­way-style mu­si­cal — ren­di­tion of K Asif ’s epic drama of the same name — the leg­endary story of Mughal-e-Azam.

To have a dis­cus­sion on this, the­atre direc­tor and play­wright Feroz Ab­bas Khan, de­signer Man­ish Mal­ho­tra, who has con­cep­tu­alised and cre­ated 550 cos­tumes for the pe­riod pro­duc­tion, chore­og­ra­pher Mayuri Upad­hya, among others, were present.
