Hindustan Times (Patna) - - YEAR REVIEW 2012 -

President Barack Obama won a hardfought re-election in America in November. EDGING OUT ROMNEY: The close victory over Mitt Romney was aided by minorities, such as Hispanic voters and by youth and women. Even though (in the popular vote segment) the result was close, Romney managed to snatch only two states Obama had in 2008. JOB AT HAND: Fixing the US’s fiscal cliff is the president’s first big test.
