BANANA SPINACH SMOOTHIE
Ingredients 1 banana 5-6 leaves of spinach 1tsp peanut butter 1tbsp flax seeds 3/4 cup low fat or skimmed milk 5 ice cubes
Method Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
