Do not leave eggs out at room temperature. As per the USDA, doing so can make them sweat, making it easier for bacteria to move into the egg and grow
Do not store eggs in the refrigerator door, but in the centre of the main body of the refrigerator to ensure that they are at consistent and cool temperature
Do not use any eggs, which have been cracked, as bacteria could have penetrated the egg
If you purchase eggs from a farm or farmers market and there’s no date, do not keep them for up to five weeks from the purchase date.
