In­gre­di­ents:

1 1/2 ba­nana, 1 av­o­cado, pit­ted and peeled, 1/4 cup unsweet­ened co­coa pow­der, 3tbsp pure maple syrup, 1/2tsp pure vanilla ex­tract (op­tional), 1/4tsp cin­na­mon, ground

Method:

Add ba­nana, av­o­cado and co­coa pow­der in a food pro­ces­sor

Process for a minute, un­til just a few chunks re­main

With the pro­ces­sor run­ning, pour maple syrup through the feed tube and con­tinue to process un­til it’s com­pletely smooth, scrap­ing down the bowl as needed, for an­other minute

Add vanilla ex­tract (op­tional) and cin­na­mon, and process un­til com­bined for 10 sec­onds.
