AV­O­CADO HUM­MUS (WITH MIL­LET LAVASH)

In­gre­di­ents:

100gm boiled chick­peas, 2-3 pods gar­lic, 30gm tahini, 30 ml olive oil, 30gm av­o­cado paste, salt to taste, 15 ml lemon juice

Method:

Soak the chick­peas overnight

Boil the soaked chick­peas till they are soft and let it cool

In a mixer, add the chick­peas and the above men­tioned in­gre­di­ents ex­cept the av­o­cado un­til you get a smooth paste

Add the av­o­cado paste and ad­just it till you get the right blend

Store in a re­frig­er­a­tor Serve with mil­let lavash. Chef Paul Kinny
