NAVI MUMBAI: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India ( ICSI) had organised its 2nd ICSI convocation for the Western Region at Mumbai to formalise the Award of Associate Membership of the Institute and to recognise achievements of students studying at Agri Koli Sanskruti Bhavan in Nerul.

The chief guest for the ceremony, Dr N Ravichandran, director of the Indian Institute of Management, Indore conferred degrees to the students and awarded meritorious students of the region. He also stressed upon the importance of self - governance to attain corporate and social governance.

CS MS Sahoo, Secretary of the ICSI, advised students to maintain a positive attitude. “It is our attitude that determines the altitude to which we could reach. Similarly, it is our attitude and not the aptitude that could determine the altitude,” Sahoo said as he concluded the ceremony.
