MUM­BAI: In what could be a ma­jor re­lief for ac­tor Sal­man Khan, the Bom­bay HC on Wed­nes­day held there was no con­clu­sive proof to es­tab­lish he was driv­ing un­der the in­flu­ence at the time of the accident, in which one per­son was killed, in 2002. The court is likely to pro­nounce its ver­dict to­day. Jus­tice AR Joshi, who has been dic­tat­ing the ver­dict, also held that the ses­sions court had erred in ad­mit­ting t he ev­i­dence of Khan’s body­guard — po­lice con­sta­ble Ravin­dra Patil.
