Hindustan Times ST (Mumbai) - HT Navi Mumbai Live - - HT NAVI MUMBAI -

Rejecting NCP leader Ganesh Naik’s one time plan, which the NCP has claimed suits the city better than the smart city project, Madhvi said: “They proposed the one-time plan costing Rs12,821 crore in 2013. The smart city project will cost only Rs8,000 crore. We will save Rs4,821 crore and also not have any liability.”

He added, “Besides, the one-time plan has failed to take off. The Rs50-crore pilot project in sector 15 CBD is nowhere near completion and has flopped.”
