CBI is forcing parties to fall in line, says Kejriwal
NEW DELHI: Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal fired another salvo against the Centre on Friday, saying he was told by a CBI officer the investigating agency was under orders to target all parties opposed to the ruling dispensation.
“A CBI officer told me yest that CBI has been asked to target all opp parties n finish those who don’t fall in line,” the chief minister tweeted from his handle @ArvindKejriwal after which Jitender Singh, minister of state in the PMO, dared him to name the officer.
Kejriwal, engaged in a running battle with the Centre as well as the CBI, also retweeted a j our nalist’s post quoting sources as saying the ruling BJP wanted to weaken other parties after its rout in the Bihar Assembly polls.
