The min­i­mum sam­ple size for the feed­back from lo­cals should be at least 1,000 re­spon­dents per city or 0.1% of the city, which­ever is lesser. Cit­i­zens can sub­mit their feed­back on the na­tional toll­free num­ber, through an in­ter­ac­tive voice re­sponse sys­tem (IVRS) ques­tion­naire. Any­one can take part in the sur­vey by giv­ing a missed call on 1800 267 2777. The toll­free num­ber will be ac­tive till Jan­uary 15.
