HOW IT WILL WORK
The minimum sample size for the feedback from locals should be at least 1,000 respondents per city or 0.1% of the city, whichever is lesser. Citizens can submit their feedback on the national tollfree number, through an interactive voice response system (IVRS) questionnaire. Anyone can take part in the survey by giving a missed call on 1800 267 2777. The tollfree number will be active till January 15.
