‘Use­less’ Pak PM Nawaz Sharif put on sale on eBay

LON­DON: Pak­istan Prime Min­is­ter Nawaz Sharif was put on sale on the on­line bid­ding plat­form ebay for thou­sands of pounds by a seller with the post de­scrib­ing him as “use­less Pak­istani Prime Min­is­ter”. Sharif ’s con­di­tion was posted as “New with de­fects: A brand-new, unused and un­worn item with some kind of de­fect.”

The post re­ceived over 100 bids of up to 66,200 pounds be­fore be­ing re­moved from the fa­mous e-com­merce web­site’s UK page.

The ad­ver­tise­ment said, “Usu­ally found in Eng­land, Amer­ica and Turkey more than in Pak­istan. All busi­ness, prop­er­ties and fam­ily in Lon­don but still wants to be a Prime Min­is­ter in Pak­istan.”
