‘Give pre-admission guidelines for wards of PAP, Cidco staff’
CBD BELAPUR: Cidco has appealed to educational institutions in the city to whom plots have been allotted for educational purposes to provide pre-admission guidelines and procedures for filling up seats reserved for wards of the project-affected people and Cidco employees.
According to Mohan Ninawe, senior public relations officer, Cidco, “As per the guidelines schools, junior colleges and educational institutions shall submit a copy of agreement and courses available in their institution. They are also required to submit total number of sanctioned seats in each course, number of seats reserved for wards of PAP and Cidco employee as per the lease agreement.”
Prior to the commencement of academic year, the institutions will declare total number of sanctioned seats available for each course and seats reserved for PAP and Cidco employees.
Ninawe said, “Institutions will give admission purely on merit basis through management quota. There will be separate inter merit list for PAP and Cidco employees. After the admission process, institutions are required to submit details indicating number of seats filled in each course for the wards of PAP and Cidco employees. The list will be uploaded on our website.”
