With the aim to pro­vide po­ten­tial home­buy­ers an ar­ray of op­tions, CBRE In­dia, in as­so­ci­a­tion with Young Op­ti­mists of Ur­ban Town­ships and Habi­tats (YOUTH), will or­gan­ise a four-day prop­erty show — CBRE PropFair — at the Cidco Ex­hi­bi­tion Cen­tre in Vashi from May 20 to 23.

AS Si­vara­makr­ish­nan, head, res­i­den­tial ser­vices, CBRE In­dia said, “CBRE PropFair is a small step taken by us to­wards the Prime Min­is­ter’s Hous­ing for All by 2022 ini­tia­tive. This event of­fers a chance to the con­sumers to en­gage with all the de­vel­op­ers un­der one roof and se­lect the best pos­si­ble op­tion.”

Di­nesh Doshi, pres­i­dent, “Navi Mumbai’s ro­bust so­cial and civic in­fra­struc­ture, planned real es­tate de­vel­op­ment, am­ple pub­lic spa­ces and rel­a­tively af­ford­able cap­i­tal val­ues, makes it a pre­ferred choice for home buy­ers in the Mumbai Metropoli­tan Re­gion (MMR).”

He added, “The strong growth in Navi Mumbai’s of­fice leas­ing ac­tiv­ity (close to 800,000 sq. ft. of ab­sorp­tion in 2015) has fur­ther gen­er­ated sub­stan­tial de­mand for res­i­den­tial apart­ments.”

Rakesh Pra­jap­ati, youth ad­vi­sor, said, “Ow­ing to the surge in de­mand, numer­ous promi­nent de­vel­op­ers from MMR have launched large town­ship de­vel­op­ments of­fer­ing in­ter­na­tional spec­i­fi­ca­tions. These lo­ca­tions have high po­ten­tial in the medium to long term, af­ford­able prices, fa­cil­i­ties as well as on­go­ing in­fra­struc­ture de­vel­op­ment.”
