Cidco to hold yoga camp on Sun­day

CBD BELAPUR: On the oc­ca­sion of 2nd In­ter­na­tional Day of Yoga on June 21 as de­clared by United Na­tions Assem­bly, Cidco is or­gan­is­ing ‘Yoga Camp’ for the cit­i­zens at CIDCO Ex­hi­bi­tion Cen­tre, in Vashi from 7am to 10 pm.

Ac­cord­ing to se­nior pub­lic re­la­tions of­fi­cer, Cidco, Mo­han Ni­nawe, “Just like last year, this year too, we are con­fi­dent that the yoga camp will re­ceive a huge re­sponse from the cit­i­zens of Navi Mum­bai, Mum­bai and other neigh­bour­ing re­gions.”

He added, “This well-planned camp will be a golden op­por­tu­nity for the cit­i­zens to ex­pe­ri­ence and learn dif­fer­ent forms of yoga. Through this, CIDCO wants to pro­mote a healthy way of life and give ev­ery­one a peace­ful life mantra.”

Ni­nawe said, “CIDCO had joined hands with renowned in­sti­tute like the Art of Liv­ing, to not only serve the na­tional in­ter­est but to en­cour­age cit­i­zens to adapt and prac­tice yoga and get max­i­mum ben­e­fit from this camp.”

The Art of Liv­ing will con­duct im­por­tant yoga ses­sions. Ad­di­tion­ally, free health and den­tal check up camps have been or­gan­ised for the cit­i­zens on Sun­day.

Ni­nawe said, “Cidco ap­peals to cit­i­zens of Navi Mum­bai, Mum­bai and other neigh­bor­ing re­gions to take max­i­mum ben­e­fits from this camp. En­try is free for ev­ery­one.”
