“After sometime, Pawar somehow freed herself and started shouting for help. Some people from an adjacent salon rushed to the office. We registered a first information report (FIR) under sections 392, 394 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC),” the officer said.
Satish Gaikward, senior police inspector from Kopar Khairane police station, said, “We have sent our officers to different places to look for the accused. We are following certain leads and hope to solve the case soon.”
