Safety con­cerns could prompt In­dia to bring back eight of­fi­cials from its high com­mis­sion in Is­lam­abad af­ter six mem­bers of the Pak­istani mis­sion in New Delhi left for home on Wed­nes­day, tak­ing ties to a fresh low amid height­ened ten­sions.
