Cyrus Mistry visits Saibaba and Shani Shing­na­pur tem­ples

Amid his board­room bat­tle with Tata Sons, in­dus­tri­al­ist Cyrus Mistry said “ev­ery­thing will be fine” as he vis­ited the fa­mous Saibaba and Shani Shing­na­pur tem­ples to of­fer prayers. Ac­com­pa­nied by his wife, Mistry, who was on Fri­day ousted as chair­man of Tata Steel, ar­rived in Shirdi by a he­li­copter and had ‘dar­shan’ of Saibaba at the temple, where tight se­cu­rity ar­range­ments were made in view of his visit.

Temple spokesper­son Mo­han Ya­dav con­firmed Mistry’s visit. From there, Mistry and his wife went to the renowned Shani For­mer Tata Group chair­man Cyrus Mistry at the Shani Shing­na­pur temple.

Shing­na­pur temple. The shrine, ded­i­cated to Lord Shani, who per­son­i­fies the planet Saturn in Hindu be­lief, is lo­cated at a short dis­tance from Shirdi.
