A WARD There are 21 di­lap­i­dated build­ings in this ward while none of the build­ing have been de­mol­ished so far. Two build­ings are va­cant.

B WARD There are 41 dan­ger­ous build­ings. None of the build­ings have been de­mol­ished. There are three dan­ger­ous build­ings which do not have peo­ple liv­ing in it.

C WARD There are 214 dan­ger­ous build­ings. Two build­ings have been de­mol­ished. The ward of­fi­cer has served no­tices to all of the res­i­dents liv­ing in th­ese struc­tures. Three dan­ger­ous build­ings are va­cant.

D WARD There are 127 dan­ger­ous build­ings and none has been de­mol­ished. The civic of­fi­cer claimed that no­tices have been served to the res­i­dents and the de­mo­li­tion work will start soon. Only one build­ing is va­cant.

F WARD There are 148 dan­ger­ous build­ings in this area and none of them have been razed so far. Only one build­ing is va­cant.

G WARD There are 56 dan­ger­ous build­ings and the ward of­fi­cer has served no­tices to all of them. One build­ing is va­cant but it has not been razed.

H WARD There are 90 dan­ger­ous build­ings and two have been de­mol­ished. Drau­padi Ni­was in Dom­bivli is be­ing razed af­ter a pil­lar of the five­storey build­ing tilted re­cently.

RISHIKESH CHOUD­HARY

Mod­ern Guest house on Mur­bad road in Kalyan (West) was built in 1976. The build­ing, which housed com­mer­cial of­fices, was va­cated by the civic body few years ago. But, nine shops are still func­tion­ing from the ground floor.
