REED TAKES TWO-SHOT LEAD

NEW YORK: Patrick Reed edged into a two-shot lead at the Barclays Championship on Friday, firing a three-under-par 68 to take a slender advantage into the weekend action. Reed leads Emiliano Grillo and Rickie Fowler by two. One back was Ryan Moore, who shot a three-under-par 68.

DREDGE EDGES TOWARDS FIRST WIN IN DECADE FARSO, DENMARK: Welshman Bradley Dredge will take a slender one-shot lead into the final day of the Made in Denmark event in Farso, after settling for a one-over-par third round of 72 on Saturday.

The 43-year-old led by three overnight but slipped back and is now atop the leaderboard on 12 under par overall.
