The BMC has planned a coastal road to cre­ate north-south road con­nec­tiv­ity in Mum­bai, work on which will start later this month. With this, the civic body aims to re­solve traf­fic con­ges­tion

Where: Be­tween Princess Street fly­over in Ma­rine Drive and Worli-end of the Ban­dra-worli Sea Link in PHASE 1

Plans: A mix of tun­nels, bridges, in­ter­changes, el­e­vated stretches and roads on re­claimed land, pedes­trian un­der­pass and foot over bridges
