Long distance doesn’t affect our relationship, says Rohit Purohit
Alot of television shows are shot in locations across the country, which means many actors have to nurture longdistance relationships. While such arrangements can be troublesome for couples, Rohit Purohit says he and his girlfriend Sheena Bajaj have an understanding. The actor, who is currently shooting in Umbergaon, Gujarat, for his historical drama, says, “I think that our relationship is mature enough to handle being apart for long spells. I have been shooting outside of Mumbai since Arjun (in 2013) and Razia Sultan (in 2015). The network in remote areas like Umbergaon usually fluctuates, but Sheena is extremely supportive and understands the situation .”
Sheena adds, “I feel being apart keeps our relationship alive. When he had a break between his shows, we had a lot of time together. When he gets a day off, he comes home to spend time with me and his family.”
