Is­mail was so anx­ious be­cause though we had our sit­tings, he hadn’t fi­nalised on me. He played the song nine times and when he turned to­wards me, he was in tears. I’ll never for­get that mo­ment.”

The film, star­ring Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had 11 tracks cater­ing to var­i­ous emo­tions. Shar­ing a trivia, Dar­bar says, “San­jay had shown me pho­tos of the lo­ca­tions and ex­plained how his scenes would look. Once, I was trav­el­ling on my scooter and it started to rain. Out of nowhere, this tune played on my mind. I picked up the tune on vi­o­lin and I reached San­jay’s of­fice to play. It be­came the theme of the film.”
