As a rare sce­nario, it not the story which takes the cen­tre stage, but the writ­ing style. The char­ac­ter is ac­tu­ally in­ter­act­ing with you (and crit­i­cis­ing the au­thor too), while talk­ing of his plight to buy a plot. The cover of the book might put you off ini­tially, but the story will not dis­ap­point you. The lan­guage of the story is sim­ple, sans the fancy words and id­ioms which au­thors use to make the story in­ter­est­ing.
