Pa­neer In Hot Gar­lic Sauce

1 Heat oil in a non­stick wok. Break dried red chill­ies into small pieces, re­move the seeds and add to the oil in the wok. Add gar­lic and sauté.

2 Cut onions into thick slices and sep­a­rate the lay­ers. Add onions and stir on high heat for a minute.

3 Add cap­sicum and stir again for a minute. Add 1/4 th cup wa­ter, red chilli paste and red chilli sauce and toss. Mix corn­flour with 1/2 cup stock and add to the wok and stir.

4 Add pa­neer, soy sauce, salt, pep­per pow­der and mix for a minute. Add vine­gar and veg­etable stock and stir for a minute. Serve hot with rice.
