Paneer In Hot Garlic Sauce
1 Heat oil in a nonstick wok. Break dried red chillies into small pieces, remove the seeds and add to the oil in the wok. Add garlic and sauté.
2 Cut onions into thick slices and separate the layers. Add onions and stir on high heat for a minute.
3 Add capsicum and stir again for a minute. Add 1/4 th cup water, red chilli paste and red chilli sauce and toss. Mix cornflour with 1/2 cup stock and add to the wok and stir.
4 Add paneer, soy sauce, salt, pepper powder and mix for a minute. Add vinegar and vegetable stock and stir for a minute. Serve hot with rice.
