IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

1 cup Amer­i­can corns, 1tbsp corn flour, salt, 1tsp Catch Black Pep­per Sprin­kler, 1/2 cup chopped spring onion, 3pcs chopped green chill­ies, 1pc onion chopped, 1/2 cup chopped co­rian­der, 1/2 tsp Catch Chaat Masala Sprin­kler, Oil for fry­ing

METHOD

Mix corn with Catch Salt Sprin­kler, Catch Black Pep­per Sprin­kler and corn flour. Deep fry in hot oil til golden and crisp.

In a sep­a­rate kad­hai, heat 1 tsp oil and sauté chopped onions and green chill­ies.

Mix cooked corn with co­rian­der and Catch Chaat Masala Sprin­kler. Saute for a minute and serve hot.
