MUNG DAL KA KARARA CHILLA
Crushed paneer 50gms, saunth 100gms, mint chutney 100gms, moong dal 250gms, green chillies 50gms, chopped coriander 20gms, besan 50gms,
Water to make the paste, Catch Chaat Masala Sprinkler 1/2tsp, Catch Kitchen King Masala 1/2 tsp
Soak dal overnight and grind to a fine paste
Combine all ingredients
except paneer to make a batter
Make small pancakes and stuff it with grated paneer.
Serve hot accompanied with saunth chutney and mint chutney
