Crushed pa­neer 50gms, saunth 100gms, mint chut­ney 100gms, moong dal 250gms, green chill­ies 50gms, chopped co­rian­der 20gms, besan 50gms,

Wa­ter to make the paste, Catch Chaat Masala Sprin­kler 1/2tsp, Catch Kitchen King Masala 1/2 tsp

METHOD

Soak dal overnight and grind to a fine paste

Com­bine all in­gre­di­ents

ex­cept pa­neer to make a bat­ter

Make small pan­cakes and stuff it with grated pa­neer.

Serve hot ac­com­pa­nied with saunth chut­ney and mint chut­ney
