Actor Michael Cudlitz (left) says that he’s open to returning to The Walking Dead if the makers would like him to make a comeback. The 52-year-old actor, who played one of the survivors, Abraham, on the post-apocalyptic horror TV show from 2014-16, praises the manner in which the team showcases various stories, reports Contactmusic.

“I would strongly consider whatever the show came at me with, at any point. I had a great experience with the show. As long as they keep telling stories the way they’re telling them, which I feel is amazing, I’d be open to anything as long as it worked with my schedule, obviously. I’m on the other side of (the show’s current story). But I would certainly come back and play if they wanted me to,” he tells Cinema Blend.

Cudlitz’s character was a fan favourite but was killed off in the premiere episode of the show’s seventh season. Season eight begins on October 22 in the US.
