projects? The team of 70 mem­bers (and hun­dreds of vol­un­teers), in the nine years of its op­er­a­tion, has ini­ti­ated six projects, im­pact­ing a to­tal of more than 3,49,000 peo­ple.

Of th­ese, Project Raa­hat works to erad­i­cate open defe­ca­tion and pro­vide safe san­i­ta­tion in ur­ban slums; Project Udaan aims to bridge the dig­i­tal di­vide between ur­ban and ru­ral In­dia by set­ting up com­puter cen­tres, and women’s em­pow­er­ment is a big part of this. Th­ese have ben­e­fited 1,00,000-plus peo­ple.
