New York Fashion Week: Stand-out moments
The ongoing New York Fashion Week Fall/ Winter 2018 has seen innovation in terms of not only garments, but also, makeup, choreography and more. Here are some stand-out moments . Back to the future : At Philipp Plein’s show at a warehouse space at Brooklyn Navy Yard, things got mighty futuristic when model Irina Shayk walked the ramp accompanied by a robot. Activism: At label Gypsy Sport’s show, 10-year-old LGBTQIA activist, Desmond, owned the runway as he walked in a layered suit, complete with black and white nail paint. Beauty bold: At Jeremy Scott’s show, models donned graphic eyes in pop hues, giving a fun twist to the basic cateye eyeliner. The neon wigs completed the look.
