Which is the one breakfast food that you must have?
A plate of plain ragi dosa is my go-to breakfast.
One fattening food item that you just can’t resist?
Aloo paratha is one food time I just can’t have enough or resist.
How do you get back in shape post a fattening indulgence?
I stop consuming sweets, and absolutely no carbohydrates after 6pm. And, I club it with some serious workout.
Do you prefer mini meals? What do they normally contain?
No, I don’t prefer mini meals. I eat one good meal a day, which would be my breakfast. My meals mostly contain lots and lots of protein.
A diet plan that always works for you?
A gluten-free diet works the best for me. A low-carb and nosugar diet also suits me.
Do you prefer outdoor or indoor physical activities?
Outdoor suits me the best. I follow the workout schedule advised by my trainer. What are your favourite physical activities?

A health tip that you rely on? Eat less carbs and eat right. Try to eat five meals a day instead of three.
