vaastu solutions

HT Estates - - Property Classifieds - Naresh Singal

I am a regular reader of your esteemed column. It will be very kind of you if you could give me some suggestions to overcome a problem. We are six members in our family – my parents, my wife , two kids (boys) age six and 12 and me. All of us do not get along well with each other. We keep quarrelling and due to this I can’t concentrate on my business. We all feel highly depressed and insecure, my relationships and business are in turmoil.

—Ajay srivastav (Bhopal ) If the north part of the house is elevated when compared to the rest of the area or there is a kitchen in this part of the house, it can cause a financial crisis. Due to this vaastu dosha residents always feel financial insecurity. As far as quarrelling family members are concerned, you should remove clutter around the house. Throw away waste material, empty boxes or broken glass. If you want to get good results, go for vaastu shanti by a professional vaastu consultant. We are two brothers living in a house built by my father in 1990. Now we want to do some renovation to improve the vaastu of the dwelling. Kindly let me know how I should proceed further.

—Nitin Maheswari, Delhi You should start work from the north-east. And if you are planning reconstruction, you may start it from the south-west. The north-east, centre (Brahma sthan) and southwest are the most sensitive directions. While constructing or reconstructing, stairs, kitchens and toilets should should not be built in the north-east.

Toilet and pooja room or altar should be avoided in the south-west. Do not keep south-west open. Ignoring these directions can cause financial hurdles and create problems for children. It is always a wise decision to hire the services of a professional vaastu consultant before starting construction or reconstruction. I hold a very senior position in an organisation of repute, with good salary. However, I am not able to clear my house loans, and also face problems in completing the construction of the house. I want to know, when I will be able to clear the loans and complete the construction.

—Kamalkant Sharma Facing hurdles in house construction or incomplete construction shows that construction was started at an unauspicious time. Direction should also be keep in mind if reconstruction work has to begin. One solution to the problem would be to dig a pit of 2 ¼ in the north-east part of the house and put a pitcher of water there and then fill up the pit. Hope this will help you to overcome your problems. I am working in a private company. I am not satisfied with my job and salary I am getting. When my financial problem be over? What does future look like? Please help me out.

—Dinesh Nagpal, Gurgaon Your question is completely based on astrology. For a proper answer please let me know your date and place of birth. We bought a house four years back – set below the ground floor. From the very first day we have been experiencing problems in our business, health and personal life. There is a septic tank in the south direction. We have to come down at least six steps to enter the main house. I have two daughters and they keep on facing problems one after the other. We have also faced medical problems and my husband and I both feel a lack of energy. Please help us

—Vinita Jain For all of your problems, there is one answer - you are residing in a space that’s set at a level below the ground floor. Living here will be a problem. The best thing that can be recommended is to sell this property for commercial activity as soon as possible.
