It is serene and green

HT Estates - - Property Classifieds -

If there is one place in Delhi which rates very high on the greenery and cleanliness quotient, it has to be Chanakyapuri. We moved to our 3 BHK apartment in Chanakyapuri five years back from Uday Park in South Delhi. It was a major shift for us. This place is much quieter, cleaner, calmer and more serene as compared to where we were staying before.

Apart from a peaceful lifestyle, the place offers quality living to its residents. The roads are good, clean and wide. There is no problem with water and electricity. Our colony has a sports complex where we relax during the evenings. It is popular with children, too. The area is very secure because of so many embassies nearby. Connectivity of Chanakyapuri is simply superb. CP, south Delhi, Gurgaon are very wellconnected to this place. Our neighbours are very good and helpful. However, I wish even we had the benefits of the Metro. There is no station nearby, the nearest station for us is Jor Bagh. Also, finding autos is very difficult and public transport needs attention.
