About 2500 house hunters make a bee­line for the two-day Credai-spon­sored HT Es­tates Prop­erty Fair in Noida. On of­fer were prime res­i­den­tial apart­ments, plots and of­fices in the range of lakh to crore

The HT Es­tates prop­erty fair 2013 had a record num­ber of foot­falls. Held in Noida re­cently, it of­fered great op­tions to peo­ple to in­vest in their dream home.

The fair was in­au­gu­rated by Anil Ku­mar Sharma, chair­man and man­ag­ing direc­tor, Am­ra­pali Group. Over 20 de­vel­op­ers in­clud­ing Aj­nara, Pra­teek Group, Am­ra­pali group, Su­pertech, AVJ, Ex­press Builders, Ma­h­a­gun, Para­mount, among oth­ers, show­cased their projects.

On of­fer at the two-day prop­erty fair were prime res­i­den­tial apart­ments, plots and of­fices in the range of R50 lakh to R2 crore.

The expo was spon­sored by Con­fed­er­a­tion of Real Es­tate De­vel­op­ers As­so­ci­a­tion of In­dia, (West­ern UP) and only Credai-au­tho­rised de­vel­op­ers par­tic­i­pated.

The fair re­ceived a tremen­dous re­sponse from visi­tors who got a unique op­por­tu­nity to in­ter­act with all ma­jor realty play­ers in Noida un­der a sin­gle roof.

Home­buy­ers said that the fair helped them un­der­stand the realty mar­ket in Noida and fi­nalise a deal in a few hours.

“Since only Credai mem- bers par­tic­i­pated in the event, I was as­sured of cred­i­bil­ity,” said Mukesh Sharma, a buyer.

“If we were to see all th­ese projects separately, it would have taken many weeks, but we man­aged to get all the in­for­ma­tion about up­com­ing projects and new launches un­der the same roof. I am go­ing to fi­nalise a deal in the next few days,” said Sudha Anand, an en­tre­pre­neur based in Noida.
