‘I see it as a mediumterm investment’
I’ve bought a 3BHK apartment of size 2200 sq ft in phase-1 of Diplomatic Greens by Puri Constructions Pvt Ltd. I chose this project because of the brand name of the developer and the location. It is located close to the Delhi border from the Dwarka side.
I am at the moment living in an apartment in a project by the Ambience Group near NH8. I saw many similarities between the two projects and that made it easier for me to choose this apartment. Both projects are located off expressways and are not far from the Capital; in fact, they are barely a kilometre away.
I haven’t yet decided if I’ll use it myself or keep it as an investment, as it will take another two years for the project to be ready, and another four years for facilities to come up in the area.
The main features of the project are security, powerback-up and the overall ambience.
I am very happy residing in the complex next to NH8 and have not really made up my mind about how I intend using the Dwarka Expressway property. I currently see it as a medium-term investment. Hopefully, facilities and infrastructure will be up and running in the next five years.
A commercial area has also been planned in the complex, and hopefully this will come up by then too. The green aspect of the project also impressed me and helped me expedite my choice.
