Quality is key
I booked a 2 BHK flat at Raheja Revanta, Sector 78, Gurgaon, during the last Navratras. The size of the flat is 1621.3 sq ft and it is on the 10th floor. The tower has over 40 floors and is one of the tallest buildings in the country. It is loaded with luxury facilities - a swimming pool on the 42nd floor, a restaurant, multiplex, helipad, and services like valet parking. It also has CCTV surveillance and a three-tier security system. It has been planned as an energy-efficient green building. It is also close to the highway and the Manesar toll.
I work in Gurgaon, so I will be moving into the apartment, once it is handed over, which is likely by the end of 2016. I bought the apartment at
6475 per sq ft, after a discount, owing to the festive season. The actual price at the time of booking was
6750 and its current market value is about 7450 per sq ft.
While I personally do not observe Navratras, I do respect the fact that it is an auspicious period and I hope it brings me good luck and fortune.
