I booked a flat dur­ing Navra­tra, in the year 2010. It is a 3+1 BHK of size 2032 sq ft at BPTP Park Gran­deura, Sec­tor 82, Faridabad. I bought it at a dis­counted rate of 1600 per sq ft then, even as the ac­tual rate was about

1800 per sq ft. Its cur­rent mar­ket value is around

4045 per sq ft, and it is set to grow ex­po­nen­tially over time.

The project is ide­ally lo­cated and has many fea­tures in­clud­ing a club­house and enough green cover. The project is well con­nected and is close to the sec­tor 81 bridge, ex­ist­ing phys­i­cal and so­cial in­fra­struc­ture, as well as Faridabad’s well es­tab­lished sec­tors 14 and 15. A com­mer­cial com­plex is within the pe­riph­ery of the project to meet with the res­i­dents’ re­tail re­quire­ments.

I was able to avail of a dis­count of 200 per sq ft, not only be­cause it was a re-sale flat, but also be­cause it was Navra­tra. We firmly be­lieve that any in­vest­ment or book­ing made dur­ing the aus­pi­cious pe­riod of Navra­tra will flour­ish and bring pros­per­ity.
