I booked a flat during Navratra, in the year 2010. It is a 3+1 BHK of size 2032 sq ft at BPTP Park Grandeura, Sector 82, Faridabad. I bought it at a discounted rate of 1600 per sq ft then, even as the actual rate was about
1800 per sq ft. Its current market value is around
4045 per sq ft, and it is set to grow exponentially over time.
The project is ideally located and has many features including a clubhouse and enough green cover. The project is well connected and is close to the sector 81 bridge, existing physical and social infrastructure, as well as Faridabad’s well established sectors 14 and 15.
