It is one of the most am­bi­tious res­i­den­tial hous­ing projects in Ghazi­abad. It was launched in De­cem­ber 2006 by a con­glom­er­ate of seven de­vel­op­ers. Many other de­vel­op­ers joined in later. Launched in 2011, it’s a 4500-acre self-suf­fi­cient city just about 20 km from Delhi-UP bor­der. Lo­cated on NH24, the up­com­ing city has been de­signed on the lines of the smart city con­cept by IBM. With the pro­posed East­ern Pe­riph­eral Ex­press­way, run­ning across the north­ern part of this am­bi­tious project, Wave City will be well-con­nected on all three sides with an in­tri­cate net­work of roads run­ning in and around the city. It’s first phase of 1,671 acres is be­ing de­vel­oped and pos­ses­sion of res­i­den­tial plots has al­ready started. The af­ford­able projects in Wave City are Dream Homes, Aranyam Val­ley and Wave Floors and these are avail­able in the price range of 15 lakh to 40 lakh

It is a 92-acre town­ship lo­cated along NH24, Ghazi­abad that was launched by LandCraft de­vel­op­ers in 2008. Its first phase is al­most com­plete and pos­ses­sion has been of­fered to 300 fam­i­lies. About 45 fam­i­lies are liv­ing here and the op­er­a­tional ameni­ties in the project in­clude club house, swim­ming pool and gym­na­sium. The de­vel­oper has re­cently launched the sec­ond phase that in­cludes a wide range of af­ford­able units. A 2 BHK flat mea­sur­ing 1,135 sq ft costs around 37 lakh. It also of­fers a 3 BHK mea­sur­ing 1,405 sq ft at an af­ford­able price of 45 lakh

It’s one of the most am­bi­tious projects of Ma­h­a­gun Group. Launched in 2009, its first phase has been suc­cess­fully de­liv­ered, and the de­vel­oper has launched the sec­ond phase with 1,600 units of 2BHK and 3 BHK mea­sur­ing be­tween 840 sq ft and 1045 sq ft. Its cur­rent price is 2,900 per sq ft in the down pay­ment plan. The de­vel­oper also of­fers no pre-EMI CLP plan in the sec­ond phase

Launched by SARE Homes, an FDI-funded group, in De­cem­ber 2012, Springview Heights is an 88-acre in­te­grated town­ship that of­fers 2BHK and 3BHK units in dif­fer­ent sizes be­tween 926 sq ft and 1,423 sq ft. The price ranges from 30 lakh to 47 lakh. It is ex­pected to in­clude a school, shop­ping ar­cade and other fa­cil­i­ties
